$583,000?! 127 acres! AND AN 80,000 SEAT DOMED STADIUM?! Had I know, I would have written a check! (OK, I don't have $583,000...but I'd have found it real quick.) Wow, Michigan is really hurting.

PS...I think perhaps GSAPP should buy a property like this. Design/build studio anyone?

Water Infrastructure Overhaul in California

The California legislature is in the process of passing some pretty major overhaul of the state's water infrastructure, especially the Sacramento River Delta and its (potential new) connection to the Los Angeles Aqueduct, along with conservation requirements for urban areas.
